You are able to cancel or transfer your booking until 48 hours before your scheduled departure time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled departure incur the full cost. If your tour is cancelled due to sea/weather conditions you will have a choice of moving your tour to a new time/date or receiving a full refund. 

Our booking platform (Rezdy) charges a 1.75% booking fee. This is non-refundable if the trip is cancelled for any reason.

Tour Itinerary: We reserve the right to change the itinerary of the tour for the comfort and safety of passengers. 

Check-In: Please be at the departure point at least 20 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled tour time. If you miss the check in deadline you may miss your tour.  The boat will not be held for you if you arrive late at the departure point.
